Important information for ALL Clients of Bone Sweet Bone:

• We serve the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Garner, Knightdale, and Wake Forest area.
• We do not charge extra to pick up/drop off your key, there is no extra charge for holidays, there is no extra charge if you are running late on the last day of service, as long as you give us a notice, and no extra charge for medication/vitamins.
• To protect our clients privacy, all references are given out after the free consultation but you can view updated testimonials that our clients have posted on our website under testimonials. 
• Pet Sitter will bring in your newspaper and mail, wheel your trash to the curb, turn blinds daily, and water your plants and flowers.
• Owner is responsible for any pet damage in the home and any dog bites to the Pet Sitter and other pets in the home or area.
• Pets must be up to date all on their shots and owner must show proof by the first day of service.
• Payment is required in full on the first day of service, Cash, Money Order, or Check only. If payment is not left on the first day of service, the contract can be terminated and their could be a $25 late fee unless client is able to pay by the 2ND day of service.
• There is only one visit in the afternoon with a paid overnight and next day service, (see pet owners booklet in your packet for more info.)
• If client does not pay for last day of service, pet sitter is not responsible for pet damages, pet waste, or any other services. 
• Cancellation must be made 3 days before service begins or it could be a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• We apologize but there are no refunds or credits on early termination of the contract.
• Specials for ALL New Clients, If you book with us in May or June you will get 10% off your first booked apt. must book 2 weeks in advance.  
• Don't Forget To Refurr Your Furry Friends to BSB. If you refer a friend to BSB and they book with us, you will get 10% off your next booked appt. with us. When 5 friends book with us in 2010, you will receive 1 free day of service, when you book with us for 3 days more.
• Tips are never expected, but greatly appreciated! You may give tips directly to your pet sitter, or you may pay it through the company. 100% of tips go directly to your pet sitter for gas and time.
• Tips are not considered as payment for an extra visit is required during service. We will no longer be able to do any extra visits if they are not paid for before the first day of service.If your pet needs an extra visit, you can pay the additional $15 on the first day of service and if the extra visit is not needed, we will send you a refund in the mail after the contract ends.
• If you are paying cash on the first day service, please make sure you have exact change.
