I have a 2 year old Miniature Dachshund named Charlie. He's fairly new to me and my boyfriend. We are both in school/work M-Th and no one is available to get home to our little buddy. I was sad to think I'd have to leave him in a crate for that long everyday. I emailed Christy and we set up a meeting THAT night! The minute I saw her reacting with Charlie, I knew he was in good hands. She's very good with him and his behavior has improved since she's been coming! She keeps me up to date with everything that's going on while she's here and she even sends me pictures to my cellphone so that I know he's okay. I trust them with everything and I'm very happy that we found her in such a timely fashion. The decision for a pet sitter was very last minute and they were quick to take care of us right away! All in all, I will continue to use Christy for all of my needs and I would definitely refer Bone Sweet Bone to any of my friends that might be looking for someone to help out with their furry friends!

We have 2 dogs that Christy comes over to pet sit for us; Chloe is a 5 month old miniature Shiba Inu, and Titan is a 5 year old Great Dane. Chloe and Titan love Christy, and they expect to see her every week. Christy takes them outside to potty and walk, she gives them water and plays with them, and gives them the attention we can't during the day while we are working.
I was nervous at first about having a stranger come into our house while we were not home to take Chloe and Titan out, but within a few minutes of meeting with Christy the first time I felt reassured. I am comfortable with her and know that she looks out for the best interest of Chloe and Titan, and I don't have to worry about them home all day by themselves. I was especially worried about Chloe since I had just gotten her and fell in love the minute I saw her, but I know Christy takes good care of her and looks out for her.
Christy goes out of her way to help us out when it comes to Chloe and Titan. My work schedule is very set in stone, but my boyfriends is not, so his schedule really depends whether we need Christy certain days or not, and sometimes I have to ask her at short notice to come over, but she does her best to try to be here on days that aren't her normal days.
Even if there comes a time we don't need Christy to come over anymore I would still try to stay in contact with her because Chloe and Titan would be very upset if they didn't see her.

I just wanted to say thank you again for taking such good care of the dogs. Chaz was so busy working on his bone when I got home he barely noticed me. They all looked great and well cared for. The house looked great too…I know that took extra work with their accidents. They’re quite rough on their toys too.
I’m sure I’ll be calling you in the future and hopefully your schedule will allow you to watch them again.
I can relax when I travel knowing you are taking great care of my three “babies.” Your text messages and pictures let me know the dogs are safe and happy. They get so much love and extra attention that they’re pooped when I get home which is a nice bonus when I’m exhausted from traveling."

“Before we found Bone Sweet Bone, we were feeling very confined to staying at home with our two large dogs. We had tried other house-sitters with fairly mixed results, so we had resorted to kennels when we couldn’t avoid travel. However, Duke in particular was very fearful and dangerously hyper in that environment, so we felt pretty unable to travel or take vacations without the dogs.
When we found Bone Sweet Bone through a search on the Web, we thought we’d take one more chance. We are SO GLAD we did! The dogs and house are in such great shape when we get home. Christy even sends us daily text messages and emails about how the dogs are doing. And on the occasional accident or mess in the crates, Christy has cleaned it up better than we would have!
We are so happy with Bone Sweet Bone and the reassurance that comes with leaving our pups in their sweet care when we can’t be home for as much as a week at a time. We can’t recommend their services highly enough!

I too will say that Bone Sweet Bone and Christy rock! We had to leave for a family emergency and I was new to the area and she came over at 9:30 at night just to meet my animals and take care of all 8 of them!!! It was not an easy task but she was awesome to my babes. There were no issues, I got numerous text through-out the time that I was gone with her just updating me on my animals. I will always highly recommend her to anyone! It's so hard to trust and leave your animals with someone but if you do have to do it, contact her! She will not let you down.

In July my son in VA needed me at the last minute. I had my Ricco and a very abused foster dog. I had no one to help. This lady came and took excellent care of both of my dogs. Her name is Christy (Bone Sweet Bone) and the lady behind me vouched for her. She also pet sits but was full..
I fully and highly recommend this woman as she walked my dogs, even took care of my cats, checked my mail, made sure there was no mess in my floor and has excellent references in Planters Walk.
They gave me references too, I called them and one of them just lived down the street from me. We now talk almost everyday.
This sitter rocks and feel free to contact me and you can come and see my animals and talk to me. I would be happy to give you any info you need.
Oh I also get newsletters from her once a month for helpful hints on how to take care of my babies. They come in my mailbox and I love that and the level of care that she provides for my babies.

Christy stayed at our house to watch our greyhound and house-sit for a few days. She took good care of Wiki.
We also paid her a little extra to give him a bath while she was there, and a little more to mow the lawn!
When we came home, he was clean and happy, and the house was at least as clean as we left it.
